RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Arawela aspires to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered. If for any reason something isn't right, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
HOW TO REFUND/EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
1. Ensure your items meet our return and exchange policy:
- Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note only.
2, Place the item(s) you’re returning into a secure parcel along with your completed form and original invoice. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
3. Should you have a faulty item, please email email@example.com before sending your item back. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging including shoe box.
We recommend sending your returns via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
5.Once we receive the item, our online team will assess and process within 2 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
6. After 30 days, clients can exchange items or get a store credit.
